1. Contract
A binding contract for the sale of goods is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable value-added taxes unless stated otherwise; any duties or local taxes imposed by your region are disclosed before payment.
2. Product information
We describe products and display colors as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or the natural characteristics of fabrics. Such variations do not affect your legal rights.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If a delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Returns & refunds
- You may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal (for example, 14 days under EU/UK distance-selling rules), nothing in these terms limits that right.
- Faulty or misdescribed items: you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer protection law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer directives where applicable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, Beauty Flow warrants that items are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
6. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets. Your card is charged when the order is dispatched. All transactions are encrypted; we do not store card details.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including images, text and the Beauty Flow brand — is owned by or licensed to Beauty Flow Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you reside.
